En cumplimiento de los preceptos de caridad, y beneficencia, y del amor al prójimo que la nueva religión preconiza, es frecuente que los fieles dejen sus bienes, o parte de ellos, a la Iglesia a la que pertenecen, para beneficio de la Iglesia en sí o de otras venerables casas. El personal eclesiástico, clérigos y monjes se encargan de asegurar los servicios relativos a oratorios, capillas, hospicios para pobres, orfelinatos, guarderías, hospitales, ? y otras obras de beneficencia, administradas por un ecónomo u otro encargado director o rector, que debían rendir cuentas a los obispos. La laguna jurídica que surge como consecuencia de las donaciones hechas a Jesucristo, a los ángeles, a los santos y a los mártires, es colmada recurriendo a la ficción de dotar de personalidad jurídica a la Iglesia y a esas otras venerables casas. | The Christianization of society influences the juridical field to such an extent that the legislation ends up picking up the feel of the new social conscience, that he claims a legislation in conformity with the new ideals. In compliance with the precepts of charity, and beneficence, and of the love to the neighbor that the claim new religion, is frequent that the faithful leave his goods, or part of they, to the Church to which they belong, for the benefit of the Church itself or of other venerable houses. The ecclesiastic personnel, clergy and monks are responsible for ensuring services relating to oratories, chapels, hospices for the poor, orphanages, kindergartens, hospitals, ... and other works of charity, managed by a trustee or other responsible officer or director, that had the obligation of accountability before the bishops. The juridical lagoon that arises as consequence of the donations done to Jesus Christ, to the angels, to the saints and to the martyrs, is fulfilled resorting to the fiction of providing juridical personality to the Church and to these other venerable houses.
